Petrochemical pumps are mainly used to transport crude oil, refined oil, chemical raw materials, corrosive liquids, high temperature media.

- High-viscosity media: use pumps with large-size rotors and optimized clearance, with low-speed motors, like refineries conveying residual oil, to control the appropriate speed.
- Medium containing particles and impurities: use pumps with large channels and wear-resistant materials, use pumps with sprayed tungsten carbide coating to improve the service life of rotor pumps;
- Corrosive media: use pumps made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 316L, 2205, 2507 and special materials, and choose PTFE for seals to be suitable for conveying different corrosive media.
- High-temperature media: Selection of high-temperature-resistant material pumps, pumps can be designed jacket cooling structure of the pump, can be passed through different insulation media, such as different temperatures of water, steam, thermal oil, can be transported less than 240 ℃ below the media;
